One area we have been involved with is working with our partners on the product development of new products.  Good sales reps know the market, fashion trends, innovations, styles.  We also have the unique perspective by talking to our clients and getting feedback from buyers, procurement departments, etc.

Our experience encompasses a full range of the supply chain, we have consulted on new ventures including helping them find manufacturing.  But most of our consulting is more informal, and it just involves our experience and working with our clients to discuss the best model for success.  There are pros in cons with many vendors, and the biggest retailer or company is not always the best option.

While we are not a marketing company or experts in social media, we understand what the experts are doing in these fields.  As buyers’ demographics change, the way they purchase changes.  The end users are an important piece to what we do and we want our partners to be aware of how marketing and promotion helps us all as partners.
